Hey hey, welcome my loves. My name is Jadeia! I’m based out of Winston Salem,NC specializing in full body speed waxing for both women and men! I truly pride myself in making you feel beautiful and comfortable each appointment! I want you to enjoy the space your in without the nerves, and to overall feel good about what your paying for! The perfectionist side of me always insures both 100% satisfaction on both ends. I’ve been in the waxing industry for 4 years so I know waxing is very vulnerable sometimes but I will always do my best to assure you’re comfortable and to make each session as painless and effective as possible. CANCELLATION POLICY
I will always do my best to be accommodating and respectful of everyone’s time and circumstances, so I do ask for that in return. Although I hope you won’t need to cancel I understand that life happens! That being said I do NOT have a cancellation fee IF you reschedule/cancel your appointment 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment. You can do so by managing your appointment with the link sent at the time of booking. *LATE CANCELLATION FEE is 50% of booked services* Late Arrival and No-Show Policy There is a 8 minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. If you arrive after the designated grace period has ended you will be charged 50% of booked services, and you will have to be rescheduled. (Ex: if you have an appointment at 10:00am and show up at 10:09am without communication you will be charged as a no-show) This policy ensures that schedules are respected, and adequate time is provided for all clients. If payment fails to go through you will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid. Thank you for your understanding.
